closed_toggle_font=&#8221;&#8211;et_global_heading_font||||||||&#8221; closed_toggle_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">In Nowland Estates, the Owner&#8217;s\u00a0lot and home is maintained by the Owner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">\u00a0<span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">The Association&#8217;s\u00a0responsibility is in\u00a0the Commons Areas and includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Storm Drain Facilities Maintenance: Pump station equipment, storm drain cleaning, maintaining grades<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Landscaping Maintenance: \u00a0Mowing, fertilizing, cleaning, managing plantings, irrigation, maintaining grades<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Mechanical\/Electrical Systems: \u00a0Maintenance of irrigation systems,\u00a0entrance monuments and\u00a0lights<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Utilities: \u00a0Electricity for monument lights and Pump Stations and water for irrigation of various Common Areas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Snow removal from the streets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Payment of liability insurance, taxes, and contractors.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Each and every other act necessary to protect and preserve the Common Areas for their intended purpose, including but not limited to, the proper functioning of the Storm Drainage Facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][\/et_pb_accordion][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
